IOS members are invited to join us for the Ohio Optical Frontiers Showcase, our annual social event dedicated to fostering connections within Ohio’s optical science community.

This evening will feature engaging research presentations, networking opportunities, and a working dinner reception. We are pleased to welcome Christopher Monroe, a pioneering physicist and leader in quantum science, as our keynote speaker. Renowned for his groundbreaking work with trapped ions and quantum computing, Monroe has helped shape the field through landmark advances in quantum logic, entanglement, and scalable quantum technologies.
